Meet the Founder

Brain Behind Maximum Bookkeeping

Maximum Bookkeeping is founded by Prachi Joshi to help small Canadian business owners like yours maintain clean books so you can focus on what you do best — scaling the business.

MISSION

Help business owners reap the rewards of their hard work, not just file taxes.

Many business owners fall short to monitor their cash flow and finances effectively. As a result, they face unexpected expenses, make poor financial decisions, and
suffer terrible financial crises—even after putting in considerable effort.

My mission is to help small business owners do more than just file taxes on time with accurate books. I aim help them to enjoy the fruits of their lifelong hard work.

STORY

Years ago, I glanced at my friend’s accounting book. It was filled with numbers, and my first thought was, “Hey, this looks easy. I’m good at math!”

However, Reality hit me—accounting was no walk in the park. I immediately enrolled at Concordia University to pursue an accounting degree.

So, I began doing bookkeeping for my husband—my first client. I expanded my portfolio, doing bookkeeping for my husband’s clients and even the Pirate Party of Canada. Throughout my career journey, I was incredibly fortunate to have outstanding mentors, especially during my time at Deloitte.

My hard-working, entrepreneurial spirit comes from my father and grandfather, both small business owners. Growing up in this environment immersed me in the world of entrepreneurship. As a small business owner myself today, I truly understand the challenges and rewards of running a successful, profitable venture.
